Calling All Friends of New Dawn Magazine
Regular readers of New Dawn magazine are now invited to register as Friends of the magazine and actively contribute to our publishing endeavours.
If you support the mission and vision of New Dawn, please take the time to consider the following….
New Dawn is the result of the coordination of several different parts. A small group helped by volunteers, with input from a worldwide network of writers, researchers and designers, is responsible for putting each issue together. Then there are our independent-minded advertisers willing to support an alternative publication. Added to this are our dependable printers and trusty distributors. Last, but by no means least, there are our dedicated readers.
Precisely because we are a non-mainstream publication, we don’t have a massive advertising budget like the corporate-controlled press. We rely on word of mouth promotion, so if you find New Dawn insightful, informative and absolutely unique, please tell a friend. Urge them to subscribe or purchase both the bimonthly edition of New Dawn as well as our quarterly Special Issues. Our readers are our most effective promoters. Simply by sharing New Dawn with another person you are contributing to the expansion of alternative thought.
You can also help promote New Dawn on the web through your social networks and forums to inform others of our articles. Advertising and promotion on the Internet takes time and funds. Your subscription, purchases of e-mags, and contributions are very much needed and appreciated.
Let us know how you would like to be involved with New Dawn magazine by completing the Friends form below.

NEW DAWN MAGAZINE
“There is a story that when Michelangelo sculpted his statue of David, he had to work on a secondhand piece of marble that already had holes in it. It is a mark of his talent that he was able to create a figure that took account of those limitations. The world we want to transform has already been worked on by history and is largely hollow. We must nevertheless be inventive enough to change it and build a new world. Take care and do not forget that ideas are also weapons.”
- Subcomandante Marcos
