John Starr Cooke

John Starr Cooke (1920-1976) had an intimate and direct connection to the ancient system of the Tarot. In fact, a group that formed around him in the 1960s was responsible for bringing forth a new set of Tarot symbols in the “Book of T.” These expressed, Starr wrote, “a radical departure from the older Tarot and represent a progression, indicating that a new turn in the cycle of man’s evolution has taken place. Another chapter has been opened.
